Variety:  50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Carignan

Vinification: 70% in traditional vinification with destemming.

Maceration for 5 to 7 days at a controlled temperature at 28°C in order to preserve the finesse of the tannins.

30% carbonic maceration in order to extract the maximum of the fruit.

Aging for 10 months in concrete vats sheltered from thermal variations, then 2 months in bottle to express all its velvety texture.

Tasting Note: The color is deep ruby with a purple edge reflecting its youth.

The nose is very marked by fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, currant) developing more jammy notes when stirred.

The tannins are young but supple, the volume in the mouth is significant. dominance of cherry and spice notes. Nice final.

To pair with most dishes, preferably with Provencal touches such as lamb with rosemary and thyme.

Serve between 16°C & 17°C
