Very nice soft pink dress with fine cord and delicate foam.

The nose is dominated by perfectly ripe red berries (cherries, raspberries).

In the mouth, the attack is fresh and gourmand : the aromas of red fruits are melting to leave a pleasant and fruity sensation.

The finish has a fine balance between the fleshy and finesse. 

Aged a minimum of 3 years in our medieval cellars, the Rosé will enhnce your snacks, your aperitifs and will also stand out as an accompaniment for salmon, grills and summer salad.
