Tasting Notes:

Color: Golden yellow.

Nose: Peach and tropical fruits with outstanding minerality and rich fruity aromas.

Palate: It is elegant, opulent, and focused, white peach and lime with a lingering exotic finish.

Others: Will pair well with rich fish dishes, shellfish, chicken, or pork, preferably served with a buttery or creamy sauce.

This J.Denuzière Condrieu comes from a tiny one-hectare plot called 'Le Tinal', it is a very steep terraced vineyard and it is farmed sustainably.

Harvested by hand using small baskets, pressed and cold macerated over twenty-four hours, 30% of the must is then transferred into barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine is matured on lees from ten to twelve months with regular bâtonnage.
