View: intense cherry red tones.

Nose: aromaticidad surprise and freshness of the shades of blue flower, red ripe fruit with complexity with roasted and smoked notes (cocoa, toffee, coffee) and spices (pepper).

Mouth: fleshy and fresh with complexity and power but fine and elegant, silky tannic structure, perfectly balanced with acidity and alcohol. Very prolonged persistence in the mouth. Wine of great character and elegance.

Aging: Aged for 16 months in new barrels, most of them French oak.

Wine pairing: with appetizers, with ham or cheeses. With main dishes with lamb, game or red meat, desserts black chocolate.

 Serving temperature: 16 ° C
