The harvest is done early in the morning. At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, sorted, and then placed in vats. Vinification is carried out in tanks without the addition of sulfites at any stage, allowing for a greater expression of the fruit. The wine is filtered before bottling for improved preservation.

A bright red color with hints of deep blue reflections. A nose of ripe fruits, with notes of banana and raspberry. The palate is round and light, giving way to a beautiful freshness. The finish is spicy.
