 Appearance: Light gold color with fine and elegant bubbles. 

 Aroma: The nose opens with notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, and then candied lemon. A light toasted and grilled touch coats the whole.

 Palate: The attack is ample and enveloped with a nice and gentle evolution. Pleasant aromatic persistence on brioche notes. 

 Aging: Minimum 24 months on wooden laths before disgorging.

 to be enjoyed chilled (8-10°C) from aperitif to dessert, accompanied by a sea bream and its lemon sauce or a caramelized apple tart.
