Tasting notes: Deep red cherry colour. Intense and very complex on the nose, with aromas of ripe black fruit and creamy notes reinforced by spicy and earthy nuances. It is ample on the palate, with plenty of

volume, holding well in the mid-palate and polished. Powerful and vivid showing liquorice and bitter chocolate notes.

This wine's versatility allows us to savor its personality and character with classics such as roast lamb or pork and gamey stews. But it also blends masterfully with mushrooms, truffles, black chocolate, nuts, cream-based or spicy dishes etc.
