Variety : 100% Chenin Blanc
ABV : 12.5°

This Chenin Blanc a medium-bodied, rounded white that offers up expressive honeydew melon and mirabelle plum fruit intensity, coupled with the apple character typical of Chenin Blanc, alongside the grape's signature lively acidity. A little bottle age adds honey complexity.

Ideal with shellfish, seafood, or goat's cheeses!

Operating temperature: 9-10℃

Tasting notes: Pretty pale gold robe. Intense and complex dominated by the aromas of white fruits. 

Balance harmonious between, on the one hand, purity, vivacity, and character, and on the other hand, richness and elegance. Her minerality gives it a long and racy finish.

Food and wine: Perfect to accompany a fruit platter sea, oysters, fish, or as an aperitif.
