LAKE CHALICE THE FALCON PINOT NOIR 2020

❍ ABV: 13% ❍ Region: Marlborough, New Zealand  ❍ Variety: Pinot Noir  ❍ Style: Rich and concentrated.

❍ Bouquet: Ripe black cherry aromas enhanced with warm spices.

❍ Palate: Laden with ripe berries and dark cherry flavors that weave amongst the cocoa-like structure. 

The palate is juicy, full, and concentrated with ripe fruit lingering on the finish.

❍ Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar up to 5 years.

❍ Best served 14-18ºC

❍ Bouquet: Citrus notes of ripe lemon on the nose, white orange blossom, and soft florals with highlights of juicy mandarin in the background.

❍ Palate: The palate is fresh and inviting, rich and rounded with fragrant ripe limes and lemon zest.

❍ Cellaring: Enjoy now (probably best to wait till you are home) and over the next 3-5 years.

❍ ABV: 12.5% ❍ Region: Wairau Valley, Marlborough, New Zealand  ❍ Variety: Rosé ❍ Style: Dry

❍ Bouquet: Aromas of crushed berries with strawberry highlights.

❍ Palate: Fresh and juicy palate showing ripe raspberry spritz, white pear, and a long finish.

❍ Cellaring: Enjoy now and over the next 2 years. If you read the back label you might be able to last 2 minutes before opening it.
